This short journey through Rishikesh, Bikaner and Gangtok with the ups and downs, the missed trains and taxi rides, the heartbreak and the mending of old friendships, the quarrels and self-discovery, sweeps Jaya and Yogi away, and indeed us...。沈礼安（尚于博饰）在珍珠岛上和心如（秋瓷炫饰）一见钟情，两人很快就走到了一起。一直暗恋心如的元皓勇（于波饰）在嫉妒的趋势之下设计了一场阴谋加害于沈礼安，结果，虽然沈礼安保住了性命，却失去了记忆，当心如再次站在昔日的恋人面前时，对方竟然连她是谁都不知道，而此时的心如腹中已经怀上了沈礼安的孩子。 元魁恩（刘永饰）陪伴和守护着心碎欲绝的心如，渐渐地，深受感动的心如嫁给了他，可七年后，元魁恩不幸去世，元皓勇的纠缠卷土重来，为了避开争端，心如带着儿子皓文故地重游，再度遇见了沈礼安。彼时的沈礼安迎娶了孙梦雨（吴辰君饰）为妻，几经波折之后，心如才得知了旧情人当年失忆的真相。。
