大学生陈舒雅误将南溪村村长李睿的客套话当任命，自封 “代理村长”，用极端方式管理，殴打、关押反对者，破坏合作、诈骗勒索、变卖集体土地。李睿赶回揭穿却遭诬陷，最终钱盛作证，村民认清真相。陈舒雅被起诉，李睿复职告诫众人脚踏实地。。A rock band, on the brink of success, arrives at a movie studio to produce their first music video.
